How to use the SBR Bedding-In System

Step 01
The Bedding-In System can be turned on by flipping the on/off switch on the back of the machine after plugging the cable into the socket.

Step 02
Place the front wheel on the rollers of the machine. Keep the rear brake applied when bedding-in the front wheel. Hold the handlebars firmly and press the wheel onto the rollers with your body. Next, set the machine in motion with the footpedal. Set the machine to its highest speed with the speed controller on the top left of the machine.

Step 03
The engine will start running at a maximum speed of about 25 km/hour. The speed depends on the size of the wheel.

Step 04
Pull the brake of the front wheel in such a way that the wheel just barely locks. Do this for 15-20 seconds and repeat 3 to 4 times. Note that the brake disc can become hot.*
*Never lock the wheel completely as this may cause the machine to jump to thermal protection, forcing you to wait 15-30 minutes.

Step 05
Once you release the pedal, the machine will slowly stop.

Step 06
Now turn the bike around so that the rear wheel is on the rollers and manually flip the forward/reverse switch and repeat the above steps with the rear wheel.
